1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 are charged a flat shipping fee of $9.99.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. After shipment, Standard Shipping generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your delivery location.
4. What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached. If the return is due to a product issue, we'll provide an appropriate solution. For customer preference returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
